Saarathi Terms of Service
Updated July 11, 2026
Saarathi partners with schools to deliver personalised career intelligence for students in Grades 6–10. These Terms govern access to the Saarathi platform by schools, their staff, students, and guardians. By using the platform you agree to adhere to data privacy, acceptable use, and safeguarding policies defined by Saarathi and your institution.
1. Responsibilities
Partner schools are responsible for managing user provisioning, verifying guardian consent, and ensuring accurate data flows from source systems. Saarathi ensures uptime, security patches, and product enhancements aligned with the published roadmap.
2. Minors and guardian consent
Most Saarathi users are minors (Grades 6–10). Partner schools must obtain and keep on record guardian consent for a student's participation before that student is provisioned in Saarathi, and must be able to produce evidence of that consent on request. Guardians may withdraw consent at any time by contacting their school; Saarathi will deactivate the affected student's account and process any associated deletion request as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Data protection
Saarathi uses Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in regions agreed with the partner school. Student data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is governed via role-based permissions, multi-factor authentication, and audit logs. Refer to the privacy policy for further details.
4. Availability
Saarathi targets 99.5% monthly uptime. Maintenance windows are communicated at least 72 hours in advance. Schools receive service credits if uptime falls below the commitment.
